Our expertise and our method

Penodi, which means "appoint" in Welsh, reflects our mission to support businesses and organisations across Wales to develop a bilingual workforce. As a branch of the established executive search firm Goodson Thomas, we bring industry expertise, a proven track record, and a network that allows us to reach a broad candidate pool.

We recognise that the Welsh language is just one aspect of a complex recruitment market, which can be costly and time-consuming to navigate without expert guidance. We work with clients to ensure your opportunities stand out in the market.

For roles where Welsh language skills are essential, we help candidates fully leverage their abilities. For desirable roles, we represent candidates from all communities in Wales, including Welsh speakers.

Together, we can ensure that bilingualism represents more than just language skills; it reflects the specific aims and culture of your business, helping to attract the best talent.

Promoting talent in Wales

We provide a recruitment service to support organisations across all sectors in Wales who are committed to developing a bilingual workforce and connect them with high quality professionals who have the relevant skills.
